I work at "Sveti Sava" Primary School, Pirot. I am actively involved in the implementation of various forms of curricular and extracurricular activities that correlate the English language with other school subjects. I approach my work very responsibly. I like teamwork and I am always ready to accept the opinion of others. I always set myself clear and achievable goals. I constantly apply something new and different in my teaching. Experiences from seminars in the country and abroad and cooperation with colleagues from other countries are especially useful to me. I follow and apply world news in class, trying to manage the class authoritatively/democratically

 

I regularly follow the news in the Ministry of Education, the Institute for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education, the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Training, the National Education Council. I am connected online with various groups of educators on the e-Twinning portal, and in this way I am informed about new methods in work, materials for work, etc. and write numerous projects. I regularly work on my professional development, I attend seminars and conferences both online and live, I respond to the needs of new generations of students and I am up to date with trends. I am also available to my students outside the classroom through various social networks. I believe that mobility is the key to the success of teachers and students. I am the author, coordinator and implementer of numerous international projects.

 

I love organizing extracurricular activities because I believe that informal learning complements formal learning, and that way we can be successful in teaching. I am the founder of the drama section in English, and every year we successfully perform and win awards at the Drama Festival in English in Novi Sad. I write plays myself.
